By requesting and accessing the Codebase, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Eligibility: Access is granted at our sole discretion. We currently only accept requests from users with valid corporate email addresses.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Codebase solely for internal evaluation or development purposes directly related to IntellAxis AI products.
• Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sub-license, sell, sell access to, or otherwise transfer the Codebase or any part thereof to any third party without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Codebase.
• Proprietary Rights: The Codebase remains the sole and exclusive property of IntellAxis AI. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration and contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
